ABOUT GKPS

Welcome to Global Knowledge Process Solutions (GKPS, Inc.), where innovation meets excellence in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).


Our founders, Dr. Winston Adams and Mrs. Geraldine Adams, have been trailblazing entrepreneurs since 1992 when they founded the Institute of Management Sciences. This institution evolved into the esteemed University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, Jamaica's largest privately-held higher education institution.


With a proven track record of leadership and vision, our founders bring unparalleled expertise and insight to GKPS.


In March 2017, GKPS began its BPO operations in Jamaica, marking the start of a transformative journey in delivering top-tier services to clients worldwide. Temporarily closed in June 2021, GKPS underwent a strategic reevaluation, emerging stronger and more dynamic than ever.


In September 2023, we reopened our doors, expanding our services and reaffirming our commitment to driving success for our clients.
